Proposal: Modifying Snapshot Voting Procedure

This is a proposal to improve the voting process on Snapshot for SeizerDAO.
The current way our Snapshot is setup is:
24 hour voting time on each proposal Public Votes, each member’s choice is public to everyone before voting. Super majority (67%) required for a vote to pass Changes that are proposed:
72 hour voting period Anonymous vote until after the vote finishes. Simple Majority (51%) required for a vote to pass
