SIP-17: Activate SDL rewards for Evmos pools
Summary
Activate the SDL liquidity mining rewards on Evmos.
Abstract
This SIP seeks to begin the distribution of SDL as liquidity mining rewards on the Evmos network for select pools.
Motivation
Following the passing of SIP-15, the community has finalized the terms of the Evmos launch, but rewards have not yet been activated. Beginning the rewards would open Saddle up to capturing the liquidity headed to Evmos. Acting fast will ensure we establish a lasting presence on the network.

Deploy a minichef contract to award 400K initially non-transferable SDL to Evmos

Distribute 200K SDL to the 3pool over 2 months

Distribute 200K SDL to the renBTC:wBTC pool over 2 months
For: Deploy a minichef contract to award 400K initially non-transferable SDL to Evmos, to be distributed to LP’s over 2 months via two pools – 200K SDL to the 3pool, and 200K SDL to the renBTC:wBTC pool.
