Summary
Add the Thesis multisig to the veSDL whitelist.
Abstract
This SIP seeks to add the Thesis multisig to the veSDL whitelist. Allowing them to lock SDL, participate in governance, and earn trading fees.
Motivation
Thesis has significant stagnant voting power sitting in their multisig. Whitelisting their address would stand to unlock that power, and see SDL rewards distributed more widely across the platform. Fairing up the gauge votes in this manner is in the best interest of the protocol and its LPs. Thesis has been an integral partner to Saddle thus far, and with the passing of this SIP, they stand to double down on their impact going forward.

Queue up a multisig transaction whitelisting 0x248f21a871E35Bb5e808fa6129412f0Ab8F04E02 to interact with veSDL.
