Summary
Add the Delos HQ multisig to the veSDL whitelist.
Abstract
This SIP seeks to add the Delos HQ multisig to the veSDL whitelist. Allowing them to lock SDL, participate in governance, and earn trading fees to increase their runway.
Motivation
Giving Delos HQ the opportunity to have an impact on governance and generate fees should unlock the stagnant potential of their allotted SDL. Locking their SDL for veSDL would give Delos HQ access to more efficient operations and give them a stronger than average influence in gauge votes. Access to trading fees in the form of SDL/ETH LP tokens also gives Delos HQ enhanced mobility of capital going into the second half of 2022.
