Current Beliefs:

• [1] Best path forward for the proliferation of Real Estate Tokenization is with Regulation Crowdfunding SEC securities regulation. RegCF allows for up to $5M in a single offering
• [2] We are taking additional measures to explore solutions partners with our #tokentown project that are SEC / FINRA registered. This will allow us to more easily attract capital from all sources with these measures in place.
• [3] @$RETOKEN (our social token) as our “Genesis Proposal / $RETOKEN | Token Policy” states in the 1st line:

$RETOKEN is for fun.
