Overview

Problem

REtoken needs to have a crypto on-ramp from any fiat proceeds received (IE: HeroX.com / American Made Solar Prize Round 5 contest proceeds).

Goal

Have a single “bank account” that can receive ACH / wire transfers and then on-ramp that into an agreed upon cryptocurrency that can be immediately transferred into a REtoken Gnosis-Safe Multi-Sig Treasury wallet.

Proposal

Ranked Choice Voting for these 5 Business Account options

Create a table / comparison matrix that summarizes the features / benefits of each account. This can be done in preparation of an upcoming Core Team Call.

Phase 1

I propose that we open business accounts at 2 banks / exchanges.

I propose that we assess capabilities of accounts created during Phase 1 and the features comparison matrix and determine what actions we should take, if necessary, for a “Phase 2”.

Transferring of Funds

Any transferring of funds in or out of any of these newly created accounts will require a separate proposal for authorization.
