1. We voted on 💰｜TDP-24 (link: Snapshot Proposal) back in Jan-2022. Due to things not unfolding as planned, the voted upon TDP never occurred. The originally granted $MATIC (4,562.498) still remains in the treasury. YonksTEAM (yonks.eth + mrsyonks.eth) have agreed to de-prioritize their reimbursements request so that we can proceed with this proposal.
2. We obtained a ~$10k “Give Grant” from Polygon Ecosystem DAO on 18Dec2022 for REtoken / TokenTown | The HOA Destoyer (link to grant request on Polygon forum).

Proposal

We propose that we allocate 2,222.024 $MATIC towards @Web3FreedomClubDAO and their current project ♻️ #GigsGoGreen.

Why 2,222.024 $MATIC (seems rather specific)

Anyone that has been around me (yonks.eth) long can appreciate how much of a date & numbers geek that I am. We are planning #TriCoopSTO to launch on #DAOday2024 (Feb 22, 2024). 2/22/2024 = 2,222.024

How will this proposal benefit @REtokenDAO?

We are planning to reboot REtokenDAO into pTokenDAO on 12/22/2024 and will be building pToken as a foundational brand within our DAO Ecosystem. This is one additional step towards yonks.eth ongoing vision for the tokenization of RWAs (Real-World Assets). Yonks will create a separate proposal for the reboot into pTokenDAO. This was an opportunity to put in writing forward intentions that have already been publicly discussed via other channels (Zoom / LiveStream).

How will the funds be used

♻️ #GigsGoGreen will create a proposal on their Snapshot space: https://snapshot.org/#/gigsgogreen.eth to determine usage of funds.
