RIP43 stipulated that the second year of rlBTRFLY would be incentivised by the same mechanism as the first year, namely BTRFLY distributed to rlBTRFLY lockers.
This auxiliary vote is to determine the amount of BTRFLY supply to be distributed (linearly) during this period:
- 3% of BTRFLY supply
- 5% of BTRFLY supply
- 7% of BTRFLY supply
