RIP-19 BTRFLY Metamorphosis
As part of our metamorphosis from BTRFLY to BTRFLY v2, the Redacted Cartel will shed its Cartel cocoon and become the Redacted Protocol. We propose that the BTRFLY token likewise evolves to a BTRFLY v2 token, where each new BTRFLY v2 token would be set to be equivalent to 1 wxBTRFLY.
In addition, the new v2 supply cap would be set to:
BTRFLY v2 Total Supply = (BTRFLY v1 Total Supply / 22.5%) / BTRYFLY v1 Index, rounded up to the next 50k.
A FOR vote would transition our governance token from the BTRFLY v1 Token to a new BTRFLY v2 Token and the supply cap described above. An AGAINST vote would retain our current governance token.
