DAO Reserves Committee

In order to safeguard the long term interests of the DAO while also ensuring that enough resources are devoted for growth from an operational perspective, we propose setting up a DAO Reserves Committee to oversee the use of DAO Reserves for approved uses as outlined above and in the v2 tokenomics proposal.

The community approved external DAO member and the Redacted community elected member will be chosen in a separate snapshot vote.
