RIP32: Redacted v2 Budget Proposal v2
As per the first Redacted v2 Budget Proposal, the DAO was funded by a $1.122 million to $1.266 million budget from 1 June to 30 November 2022 (with a budget of $150k for audit fees later extended to $250k). During this period, this budget was fully funded by the stablecoins in the treasury and the DAO Reserves received no protocol revenue share, with its share being redirected to rlBTRFLY holders.
Given the ongoing negative market situation, in order to support the continued development of Redacted’s product suite, including some exciting new products related to our fat protocol infrastructure thesis, we propose a budget for salary compensation and other DAO expenses for 1 December 2022 - 31 May 2023 of $1.200 million increasing to up to $1.380 million if and when we hire new contributors, and a budget of $200k for audit fees.
As before, during this period, this budget would be fully funded by the stablecoins in the treasury and the DAO Reserves will receive no protocol revenue share, with its share being redirected to rlBTRFLY holders.
