Add FEI in Fuse Pool 9
Summary
We propose the addition of FEI in Pool 9. The collateral factor for FEI should be set to 80% and the interest rate model should target a 16% borrow rate when utilization is 80%.
After testing the 16% borrow rate at 80% utilization for 2-4 weeks, we would like to further decrease the rate to 11% @ 80% utilization.
Background
The FRAX/RAI/USDC/DAI pool has been online for months and is currently being tested with parameters that can improve the overall borrowing rates for all accepted assets. In order to encourage further growth for the pool before we remove governance from it, we would like to add FEI as both a lend and a borrow asset.
Abstract
This proposal is meant to add FEI as a new asset in Fuse pool 9 and also outlines the parameters used to set it up.
Motivation
This proposal can further boost pool 9 with the addition of FEI as the fifth stable asset.
