Enter 1 Year Retainer Agreement with Quantstamp (Smart Contract Audit Firm)
Summary: All of the developers that contribute to Rari Capital get slowed down waiting months for audits. Since we all want to ship code as soon as possible, as well as ensuring that all code is properly audited before launch, I propose that we enter a 1 year retainer agreement with Quantstamp to ensure we have audit time every single month of the year.
Background: Quantstamp (https://quantstamp.com/) has been our primary audit firm since the inception of Rari Capital, and we have developed a very close relationship with their team and they know all of our products extremely well.
Abstract: We have multiple protocol upgrades and new products that we want to release, and this deal with Quantstamp will allow us to ship code at a much faster rate while making sure the protocol is safe and healthy.
Motivation: Every month we are granted audit weeks, and any months with unused credits will be rolled over to the following month/year.
Pricing Quantstamp is requesting $30,000 per month. The equivalent amount in RGT will be paid at the beginning of each month from the DAO controlled treasury.
