RIP-19: Add pool(s) under the management of Tetranode / Rari Capital
Summary: The next part of @RariCapital’s safeguarded rollout involves pool creation with trusted partners (EG protocols, individuals, etc.). I’m interested in proposing Fuse pool under my management, including adding / removing assets, setting lending / borrowing parameters.
Background: I’ve been a Uniswap LP since 2019, I borrow and leverage aggressively, I’ve been in almost every single ape farm since… I know what makes DeFi tick.
This experience / constant practice will allow me to push the pools to the limit while being aware of the safety ceiling.
I think starting off, it would be on a multisig with @RariCapital for security reasons, but down the road I as the pool owner will have full control once the safe launch is finished.

Abstract: Fuse allows for parametric granularity of the money market not otherwise possible with current lending platforms like Compound, Aave, or Cream. This allows individual to create their own markets tailored to the growing needs of specialized markets in DeFi.
Motivation: I’m looking to tweak and evolve both assets and rates to serve DeFi farmers like myself, I should be able to adapt to the market faster than any bureaucratic body can.
