Summary: The Rari Protocol was hacked for ~$11m. This proposal aims to determine what % we should reimburse users who lost money.

Abstract: This is the first stage in determining the protocol reimbursement plan. By having a % that we are aiming for, it will then enable us to then determine what is the best solution to pay it back.
Motivation To reimburse REPT holders who lost capital during the hack.
