Rebrand RGT to RCAP immediately?

Proposal is to rebrand Rari Governance Token (RGT) to Rari Capital Token (RCAP) immediately. This proposal would have no effect on tokenomics. Rari Capital Token as a brand would be more fitting to the value of what RGT currently is and will be.
