Raise INV collateral factor on pool3 from 35% to 50%
Background Back when INV was added to Fuse pool3, total AMM liquidity of INV was between $1.5-2M. Thanks to on-going liquidity incentives, total INV liquidity on AMMs has risen to $9M at the time of this proposal
Motivation Thanks to increased liquidity, the INV-ETH Uniswap TWAP oracle (used by Fuse) is much more resistant to manipulation and INV liquidations on Fuse should be much more efficient than at the time of initial listing.
Lowering the INV collateral factor will attract more INV liquidity to Fuse, increasing total Rari Capital TVL and generating more borrows on other assets.
