Summary: This proposal aims to adjust the IRM for ALCX within Pool3 to ensure that suppliers are able to withdraw and the market remains healthy
Background: ALCX staking rates are currently exceeding the maximum borrow rates of the Pool3 ALCX asset. For this reason, it is not in borrowers interest to pay their interest.
