Whitelist Cartesian’s pool (Pool 15) with current parameters for unrestricted deposits from the yield agg, assuming highest rates

Background

Cartesian (https://twitter.com/cartesian99) is a DeFi power user who wishes to borrow stablecoins against their MKR and UNI with higher collateral factors than those supported by Aave or elsewhere. Expected deposit amount is 1250 MKR and 50,000 UNI ($3.9m approx) and expected borrow is $1.5m. Cartesian is willing to pay higher rates than the current yield being earned by the yield agg, which is approximately 12-13%.

Abstract

Whitelist the pool for yield agg to deposit.

Current pool parameters are 75% CF, 0% RF for all assets, and 10% liquidation incentive. All assets use Chainlink oracles. Chainlink oracles publish price movements in excess of 1% almost instantaneously, this makes 75% CF quite safe for these assets.

Motivation

This will enable our yield agg to provide more competitive yield to its users. It will also showcase the functionality of using the yield agg to bootstrap new pools and provide power users with large amounts of capital. This could set a precendent and lead to even more competitive and favourable deals by power users who want access to the yield agg’s capital.
