Terminate support for pools 0, 1 and 2
Summary
Terminate official support for pools 0, 1 and 2. This means removing them from the UI and discontinuing maintenance of risk parameters.
Background
Pools 0, 1 and 2 were created a long time back, soon after Fuse launch. They have not got any traction.
Abstract
Delete them from the UI. Stop maintaining their risk parameters. After sufficient period of time (say 1 month), support for oracles or contracts can be discontinued.
Motivation
Assets in pool 0 and 1 are included in various other pools. Pool 2 has a vast number of assets - firstly this makes setting parameters more difficult. Secondly and more importantly, such broad-based pools have been unable to take off without official support from either those communities or official deposits or incentives.
Removing these pools with reduce clutter and redundancy. We can still try getting TVL for these assets in other pools with support from respective communities in a more organic way.
