RIP-14 (FUSE) Create DAO managed SNX and Synths Pool
Summary: I propose an additional Fuse pool that adds SNX and Synths. All of the tokens referenced below are supported by Chainlink which is already integrated into the protocol. Once this pool is created, it will be managed by the Rari Capital DAO.
Background: Prior to launching Fuse, we had a goal of deploying this pool but unfortunately didn’t have the resources at the time to make this possible.
Abstract: Adding a pool with SNX and Synths will provide more lending/borrowing opportunities in the Synthetix ecosystem.
Here are the following tokens I would like to add for support in the new Fuse Pool:

Motivation: By adding a Synthetix pool, holders of the tokens listed above will be able to take advantage of all of the opportunities Fuse has to offer.
