Withdraw From Yield Pool Strategies and Lift Withdrawal Fee
Summary: Remove yield pool funds from the yield pool strategies (currently Aave and mStable) and hold them in the yield pool contracts to remove the current 0.5% withdrawal fee.
Background: As we transition to the USDC and DAI earn pools (instead of stable and yield), the yield pool must be depreciated. However, the yield pool currently has a 0.5% withdrawal fee (this fee is required to prevent arbitrage within this pool since it maintains various stablecoins that can have minor price fluctuations). Ultimately, if we ask for users to withdraw their funds, they may be unfairly impacted by this fee, especially if they first deposited into the pool recently.
Abstract: If passed, the yield pool will no longer earn interest on deposits, but the withdrawal fee will be lifted and users will have more freedom to withdraw. This should also reduce gas fees when withdrawing from the pool (no longer required to pay for gas to withdraw from each strategy).
