Proposal Provide the following $RLY grants to Josh Katz’s new music agency from the Creator, Brand and Community Partnerships pool:

-Initial Grant: 250k $RLY -Scaling Grant: Additional $RLY grant contingent on completion of fundraise. $RLY grant amounts to 50% of the USD value of fundraise, up to a max of $250k worth of $RLY.

The initial grant represents “seed funding” for his new agency and would have no vesting, and the scaling grant would have 12-month vesting.

Purpose As an existing Rally advisor for the music vertical, Josh successfully brought on Portugal. The Man and helped guide them towards a successful launch. He is all-in on social tokens and wants to start an agency specifically geared towards bringing big name musicians onto Rally. In this grant structure, the Initial Grant is meant to provide a relatively small amount of “seed funding” to help Josh get his agency off the ground and kick off a fundraise. The larger Scaling Grant is contingent upon a successful fundraise for his agency and has a max cap.

This is a simple structure that also aligns incentives in a way that puts skin in the game for both the Rally community and Josh.

A Yes vote for this proposal would approve a 250k $RLY grant to Josh Katz’s agency from the Creator, Brand and Community Partnerships pool with no vesting terms, and also authorize a future grant should conditions be met.

A No vote for this proposal would result in no change.
