Amending Jeremiah Advisor Proposal

Purpose We started Jeremiah with a more conservative advisory agreement, but within the first month it became clear that this becoming a near full-time commitment for him and the results have been beyond our expectation. Given this, we would like to amend his advisor agreement per the discussion in this thread: https://forum.rally.io/t/proposal-jeremiah-owyang-as-rally-advisor/149/21
Amended terms: For the remaining 12 months of his term… -41,666 tokens/mo starting with February (doubling his previous token amount) -$4,500 monthly payment from Community Treasury (new) -Ability to terminate remains
Hope everyone caught the Clubhouse event last night at 5pm which was the clearest testament to his work.
A Yes vote for this proposal would approve amending Jeremiah Owyang’s advisory agreement.
A No vote for this proposal would result in no change.
