Proposal Provide a $RLY developer grant to Clothia for the amount of $50k (based on RLY price at the time of send). Clothia is a curated online marketplace showcasing the best emerging fashion designers in the accessible luxury category located at www.clothia.com.

Purpose The funding will be used to pay for developer integration work on Clothia’s side to integrate Rally’s API and provide the first major ecommerce site that works with a global community of fashion creators that will integrate Creator Coin as well as Rally’s upcoming NFT platform. As part of this proposal, Clothia will also launch a $CLOTHIA coin.

Elena Silenok, the founder/CEO of Clothia, is very crypto savvy and intent on working with Rally across several dimensions. Aside from a Clothia coin and Rally/Clothia ecommerce integrations (pay with Clothia coin), in the future she also wants to explore sub-coins for various fashion designers, as well as NFTs.

Working with Clothia is a great way for Rally to test the fashion market while also advancing ecommerce integration case studies.

Coin Rollout Plan Distribution: Phase 1 - reward coins as a 1% cashback to users.
Phase 2 - Integrate Rally account into Clothia account. Users can buy Clothia coins on Rally.io and then use them on Clothia.com

Holding: Phase 1 - VIP status tier for holding a certain amount of coin. Holder receives either faster shipping, priority customer service, concierge / white glove service, discount codes, or something similar Phase 2 - Dynamically display badge on Clothia profile, holder leaderboards

Transactions: Phase 1 - N/A (requires integration work) Phase 2 - Special designers do coin-only sales

A Yes vote for this proposal would approve this developer grant for Clothia.
