Should swapping on the Balancer LBP be unpaused?

The Balancer LBP was a 48h event that allowed anyone to acquire RAD for USDC.
The event has now successfully concluded, with 24M USDC raised, but there is still a lot of interest in trading RAD. However there is very little liquidity.
Since the Balancer pool weights have converged to 50/50, this pool could effectively function as a regular DEX, as opposed to an auction, if swapping was unpaused.
This is an immediate, short term solution, as the liquidity in the pool cannot be transfered anywhere else without a formal governance proposal.
