16 - Fund Radworks Dependencies with Drips

- transfer 500000 USDC and 373134 RAD from the Radworks Treasury and deposit them to the Drips Protocol
- stream the above funds to the following Drip List over one year https://www.drips.network/app/drip-lists/50330452048867519181028275890986093327647919805766323166158196453514 that further funds the software dependencies of the Radicle, Drips and Grants orgs.
