Background & Motivation The PrimeDAO initiatives started in 2024 failed to gain sufficient traction as showcased in the PrimeDAO H2 2024 update. With no active revenue sources and 3+ months without compensated contributors, PrimeDAO is now essentially a Dormant organization.

To avoid increasing the circulating supply of D2D or spending the Treasury Assets without a clear path to revenue, it is best to depreciate all remaining PrimeDAO resources and channels - besides the PrimeDAO X account and Snapshot space. With no development and without resources, the Prime Development Foundation does not serve a purpose, and the ±20,000 USD a year costs required to keep operating it can’t be justified.

PrimeDAO, through the D2D token and its Snapshot-based Governance, will continue to manage its assets and could be re-activated through a proposal to D2D holders at any point.

Proposal Breakdown If accepted, this proposal would send the Prime Development Foundation a final amount of 6,500 USDT to successfully terminate any remaining paid services and infrastructure, depreciate the remaining PrimeDAO services and websites, and cover the legal expenses of terminating the Prime Development Foundation.
