PrimeDAO

In the Q1 retrospective, the active Prime contributors (Kolektivo Labs + Launch Squad) analyzed the effectiveness of operations as is. The group realized that despite solid business development efforts and traction, it has been hard to sell the existing Prime Tools (Launch, Deals, Rating) as the current version of these tools are too generic to provide sufficient value to get projects to utilize them. A more dedicated product offering focusing on a specific market opportunity is needed.

As of yet, we have a lot of early experiments and conversations going on, but we haven’t found a concrete program/product that we feel confident making a bigger bet on. If any Prime stakeholders have a concrete vision for productizing Prime, please participate in the conversation!

In the meantime, we propose making the general ops of PrimeDAO leaner by reducing the recurring contributions to PrimeDAO to allow for more innovation and energy to take place in the ideation, definition, and creation of specific product offerings with the potential to yield concrete returns for PrimeDAO’s treasury.

Objectives

• Host a D2D stakeholder meeting to map and ideate potential product offerings. Improve and operate Prime’s communications channel.
• Update the Prime.xyz website to reflect current DAO efforts
• Update all social media channels to be more lean and effective (TG, Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Operate the lean social media channels Maintain Prime Treasury
• Continue to manage the Prime Treasury to run the liquidity campaigns on Balancer / AURA.
• Continue to scout for and negotiate potential strategic programs. Request
