Protecting Dao Funds

Team,
In order to offer immediate protection for our DAO funds I am proposing we temporarily move our 31 ETH to our Marketing Gnosis safe.
This safe has a multisig which requires 2/3 signers: to execute a transaction:
- Nick.bit
- CitizenLev
- Lizo
More signers can be assigned via vote later.
Again, this is a temporary solve until we design additional safety measures. The intent is to fix our voting mechanic issues and send back once resolved.
The Marketing gnosis safe has been maintained with integrity since inception.
