[Temp Check] Higher Reserve for Governance Prize Pools?

We’ve discussed updating the reserve contract to enable reserve rates to be set on a per pool basis (as opposed to globally).
The main idea is that a 5% reserve rate is likely too high for community pools and too low for governance pools.
“Reserve” takes a percent of the prize and re-deposits it back into the prize pool as “sponsorship”. Sponsorship is money that contributes interest to the prize but is NOT eligible to win.
Before implementing the work, this temperature check is to see if people support a higher reserve rate for governance managed pools
