Summary
Polygon POOL Prize Pool users would like to signal on the pooltogether.eth Snapshot. By adding them to the Snapshot they will be able to participate in signalling. They will still not have any on-chain voting power.
Specification
Overview
This proposal will add the PPOOL token to the PoolTogether.eth Snapshot.
Rationale
The addition is technically feasible because:
- The PPOOL is a PoolTogether Stake Prize Pool. The code has been thoroughly audited. There is no risk of malicious minting.
- When POOL is deposited the PPOOL token is minted at a 1:1 ratio. This means that it’s safe to interpret the PPOOL token as POOL because it always trades 1:1.
