Motivation This PTIP aims to cut down operational costs associated with V3 as the protocol continues to shift focus from V3 to V4.
Specification This PTIP will: 1- Reduce the number of winners in the following V3 pools to 1 winner: USDC, DAI, UNI, COMP, GUSD. 2- Set RNG service to Blockhash for USDC and DAI V3 pools.
Rationale This PTIP reduces the operational cost of awarding the V3 prizes by reducing the number of winners. It also cuts out the LINK cost associated with Chainlink VRF by switching to Blockhash.
