Summary Introduce Liquidity Mining incentives on the Loopring L2 AMM

Motivation Following up on multiple requests, we’d like to propose the following incentives for Liquidity Mining on the Loopring L2 AMM, as part of their upcoming Round 3 running for 14 days starting from February 11th 00:00 UTC.

Specifically, the total proposed incentive for the entire round would amount to 12,000 $DOUGH, split across the following pools:

• DOUGH/ETH (50%/50% pool) - total 6,000 $DOUGH over 14 days
• BCP/ETH (50%/50% pool) - total 6,000 $DOUGH over 14 days

Furthermore, under the above scenario Loopring would kindly match the PieDAO incentives with an additional 10% paid in LRC!
