[PIP-71] YPIE Health-Check

Summary
As part of the newly introduced Product Refinement initiative it was proposed a health check of YPIE - Yearn Ecosystem Pie.
Motivation
Aim of the initiative is to assess each product’s performance and potential optimization, in order to pursue a more effective use of resources provided by PieDAO.
Specification
From the analysis provided, a clear the lack of Market fit and declining interest in the YPIE product emerged.
Proposal
The proposed solution would be to discontinue YPIE from the PieDAO offering. This process could take place with no delay.
Should this proposal be approved, YPIE would be added to a legacy product page for deprecated products. Current YPIE holders may either opt to keep their position and keep farming the YPIE intrinsic yield strategy, or exit the pie, leveraging on the “Social Exit” option provided by the DAO, detailed here https://forum.piedao.org/t/pip-71-ypie-health-check/1249/4
