[PIP #4] (Fixed) Add psCRV Pool

The recent launch of pJar 0 marks the launch of PickleJars and is a key stepping stone towards our long-term vault strategy. As liquidity in pJar 0 increases, so does our influence in creating pressure for stablecoins that are trading at a premium.
