tl;dr This proposal introduces a conservative risk management framework to enable more flexible treasury management while maintaining transparency and community oversight. The framework allows the DAO multisig to actively deploy idle treasury assets within predefined risk parameters, replacing the current cumbersome proposal-by-proposal approach.
