Note: Gas Refund Epoch is equal to 34 due to legacy Gas Refund distributions pre PSP 2.0.

Transaction Details

If this proposal is approved it will perform 4 actions on each chain (ETH Mainnet and OP Mainnet):

1. Approve PSP to be staked into sePSP1
2. Stake PSP into sePSP1
3. Approve sePSP1 to be used by distributor contract
4. Transfer and update merkle tree root hash a. Transfer sePSP1 to distributor contract b. Update merkle tree root hash

• Recalculate the Merkle tree root hash using the published refunds file to ensure the data hasn’t been tampered with.
• Verify the refund data for any specific account, ensuring it matches what’s included in the distribution.
