[TEST] Test Proposal v3 – oSnap Base Chain Integration Check
Summary
This proposal aims to execute a simple and low-cost test transaction to confirm that the recently configured oSnap integration with the Safe wallet is working as intended on the Base chain.
This is the 3rd test. The previous tests did not execute automatically due to an issue with oSnap. After a configuration change this is a new test in order to verify its current functionality.
Motivation
Base chain is now included in the distribution process, since the previous epoch. Although the oSnap configuration appears correct, this test will provide on-chain confirmation that the setup is fully operational before any main transfers are executed.
Details
- Action: Execute a minimal transfer in WETH (
1 wei) to the DAO treasury address (0x65136b3E4f012e4c13Aff0926091E2eadCFEdB42). - Purpose: Verify that the oSnap module and Safe wallet are correctly connected and functioning in Base chain.
- Cost: Negligible.
Voting Period
For oSnap to work correctly, the minimum voting time required is 72 hours. The voting period for this proposal is 96 hours.
Note:
This is a technical test only, not a funds allocation proposal. No strategic or financial decisions are being made beyond the small test transaction.
