Note: Rewards Epoch is equal to 32 due to first PSP 2.0 Epoch being Epoch 0 and communicated externally as Epoch 1

Transaction Details

If this proposal is approved it will perform 3 actions on ETH Mainnet and 2 actions on OP Mainnet:

1. approve wETH to be used by distributor contract
2. transfer wETH and update merkle tree root hash a. transfer wETH to distributor contract b. update merkle tree root hash
3. transfer distribution fees to WakeUp Labs in wETH (only on ETH Mainnet)
