Rewards distribution for Epoch 28 on OP Mainnet

This proposal aims to execute a TEST rewards distribution for Epoch 28 on OP mainnet, targeting users staking sePSP1 and sePSP2.

Total Rewards for distribution: 15.573093191543212893 ETH Merkle tree root hash: 0x3ecb0167f6ed9a2944445d39d0176ad54a03979db318735759ef5372a504949f

The purpose of this test is to update the Merkle root hash that contains all users’ reward data. The total rewards value is included for reference but is not used by the smart contracts—only the Merkle root is relevant for the on-chain interaction.
