In the previous proposal, we set the repurchase condition below 0.007 USD, but it is difficult for the community to meet the repurchase condition. We initiate a new proposal to update the repurchase price range, other conditions remain unchanged, and the community will vote to confirm the final repurchase conditions.

We also explain again why we have to do the repurchase.

1. The ERC721P protocol will need to lock a large number of tokens, causing severe market deflation. The treasury needs to prepare a large number of tokens for this purpose, which will be used for incentive issuance in the next few years.

2. The strategic investment of institutions, organizations and individuals will also reduce the Token reserves of the community treasury.

3. Long-term low prices are not conducive to community development and the market, but also to protect early secondary investors and long-term holders.

4. The repurchase time is as long as one year. On the premise that the original community profit will be repurchased by 40%, the repurchase limit of 200 ETH will continue to be increased.

上一个提案中，我们将回购条件设置在0.007 USD以下，但是社区很难达到回购条件。我们在此发起提案，对回购价格区间进行修改，其它条件不变，由社区进行投票，确认最终回购条件。

我们也再一次说明为什么执行回购。

1. ERC721P协议将需要锁定大量代币，造成市场严重通缩，国库需要为此准备大量Token，用作未来数年的激励发放。

2. 机构，组织和个人的战略投资也会造成社区国库Token储备减少。

3. 长期低迷的价格不利于社区发展和市场，也是为了保护早期的二级投资者和长期持有者。

4. 回购时间长达一年，是在原有社区利润40%回购的前提下，继续增加200 ETH的回购上限。
