Goal: Approve Season 5 budget which establishes funding of DAO operations and its activities for Season 5.
TL;DR:
- Reduced USDC season top line from $623K to $580K
- PCOM Orange rates adjusted to match job descriptions
- $60K Orange for Venture Partner under DF and FS removed due to non-use
- Increased Fellowship $USDC budget based on OF3 actuals
- Moved Marketing expense under Fellowship
- Removed Bank of Orange and Head of Ecosystems
