Goal: Approve S2 OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for an agreed source of truth for our S2 goals and metrics across the DAO. 5 Objectives to move the mission of the DAO forward and 10+ Key Results (metrics) to measure progress on objectives. Provides an immediate and transparent answer to the question: “Is X in alignment with the DAO?”.
5 DAO Objectives:
- Establish Orange DAO as a key player in the Web3 ecosystem
- Strengthen our community
- Invest early in the most promising startups
- Support our portfolio companies like our lives depend on it
- Create a sustainable financial position to achieve our goals
