Shawtoshi (Jeff Shaw) With my background in scaling successful startups, I’d like to join Governance to help us maintain our momentum. My YC company Underground Cellar grew 10x over the past 18 months to become a team of 60 with $40M annual sales. I can bring my knowledge to help us organize and rally our members around a solidified core vision, and then work with our members to align on objectives, creating playbooks around equitable compensation for our members, supporting our portfolio founders, and paving a path to Orange liquidity – allowing us to give YC web3 founders the foundation to change the world. I’m also an OrangeDAO Fellow, and sponsor of OIP-59 to bring OrangeDAO IRL spaces to life.

MrMemes I’m currently serving the DAO on the development committee and have been an engaged and contributing member since Season 0. During Season 1 I proposed and helped pass a major initiative to provide engineering support for the DAO. A major area of my focus in Season 1 has been establishing process to provide continuity, handing over role responsibilities season over season. I’d like the opportunity to continue working on this effort from the perspective of the overall governance of the DAO. I’m also keenly interested in working on increasing member engagement with proposals and voting, which is integral to the governance committee

Isaiahudotong.eth I’m currently serving the DAO on the Proposals sub-committee under Governance. In my role I interviewed & brainstormed with dozens of members and worked on making proposals/voting easier. I’ve implemented several improvements with support of various members, and I’m nearing completion on a new Proposal flow in tandem with our Portco: Charmverse. In completing this process, I have a good sense of how members would like a healthy balancing decentralization, $ORANGE mobility, and clarity of vision/direction. I plan to help build a smaller DAO flywheeel with clear early reward incentives for members that work on DAO objectives.
