Description: This proposal is to request funds for hosting Orange IRL working retreat for upto 20 Orange members, with a goal of establishing S1 goals (draft).

To be successful as a dao, we need to see ourselves as a startup - and given the flavor of startup we are, in-person is the way we’ll establish our foundations so we can move quickly, in a coordinated manner in a remote world.

Benefits: In-person will allow us to go deep into dao vision, learnings from S0 and align on S1 goals. The outcome of this is a document containing S1 Goals Draft for the whole DAO, which will be presented to the DAO for feedback, and various committees and teams will take to create their sub-goals from(post retreat).

Proposal Details Proposal is only to reimburse costs (flight, stay, food, uber, team activity). There is no reimbursement to members for execution of this proposal or attending the retreat.

(Proposed) Retreat Details Retreat from April 6 (Wed)- April 10 (Su). This is a collaborative team activity - folks will fly in Wed evening and fly out Su afternoon-evening. Interest is submitted here. Dao to cover 100% of the following expenses - Stay Flight Food Uber to Airport, Hotel and back Team activity (Proposed) Retreat is open to all members, prioritized in the following order: Committee Members (Governance, Treasury, Development) Contributors (Those who have delivered on an OIP in current season, or committed code) Proposal writers Those who have voted on 3+ proposals Members who joined before Dec 31, 2021 All Members (ordered by interest submission date) Location Mexico (Cancun/Cabo) We are looking for a space that can host 20 people and have the environment to support the creative work that will occur.
