Goal: To officially adopt the Orange DAO Charter 2.0, which is an updated version of our previous charter, as the governing document of Orange DAO.
Summary: The Orange DAO Charter 2.0 is an updated version of our previous charter, which has been revised to better align with our mission, vision, and values as a decentralized autonomous organization. Also includes key changes on member privileges and obligations and new sections on DAO operations and governance.
