OIP-2: Distribution of $ORANGE for early contributors
Goal: Reward people who made early contributions to the DAO before November 1, 2021

Description: Many 🍊’s have contributed time, effort, and services in many ways to get Orange DAO to where it is today, even before it was a DAO. As we all know, the riskiest part of any endeavor is the earliest parts. This proposal aims to reward these early contributors.
An allocation of 1 million $ORANGE from the Genesis Contributor Token Pool (total of 5M tokens) will be divided across members of the Discord prior to November 1, 2021 according to the allocation system chosen in the proposal (A or B).
Proposal:
Allocation option A Allocation is proportional to the number of messages a member sent to the Discord server prior to 11/1/21, acting as a proxy for participation. Caveat: messages sent to deleted channels can’t be counted.
Allocation option B Allocation is determined via nomination form in which members are asked to nominate pre-Nov 1 contributors according to the weight of their contributions.
