OIP-83: Compensation Framework 2.1
This proposal recommends adopting the updated Compensation Framework 2.1, which will replace all of its previous editions (in particular, Compensation Framework 2.0). It aims to decentralize the decision making process for hiring and firing of all paid contributors.
