As a reminder, since this is the first vote since the introduction of committees: by approving committees, the Token House entered a social contract to entrust and delegate the bulk of decision-making to the committee. Therefore, any delegates voting against the committee recommendation are expected to provide a justification to the community as to why they voted differently.
